Nicholas Ge leads Boston Consulting Group’s work in green tech and engineered products for Greater China. He is a core member of the Industrial Goods practice and has experience in strategy planning, large-scale transformation, and operations excellence. Nicholas works with automotive and OEM clients, as well as machinery and train manufacturers and other industrial goods players, on growth strategy, green energy, decarbonization, and other transformation topics.
Nicholas has led engagements with Chinese and global companies. Prior to joining BCG in 2015, he worked at Jaguar Land Rover as service parts supply chain operations VP for China and Asia Pacific.
