Nick Smaling joined Boston Consulting Group in January 2017. A core member of the Technology & Digital Advantage practice, he has considerable experience in large-scale technology transformations in consumer goods. His client work has covered a broad range of topics including agile, (cyber) security, digital growth strategy, IT strategy, and S4/HANA-enabled transformations.

Nick has worked on engagements defining digital, IT, and omnichannel strategies; accelerating digital initiatives; and helping corporate clients capture value from innovative technology. He is also a regular host for CIO TV in the Netherlands.

Before joining BCG, Nick worked as a strategy consultant for Innopay and Deloitte.
