Niels Kammerer joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. He is a core member of the People & Organization practice and is a leader in BCG's global Change Management Network. He also leads the firm’s People Change Implementation (P-Core) network. Niels focuses on HR execution of large-scale change, in particular on personnel cost/headcount reduction.
Niels works with clients across all industries to deliver large-scale change programs such as digital transformations, reorganizations and restructurings, and downsizing and cost-cutting to realize sustainable benefits.
Prior to joining BCG, Niels gained professional experience controlling units of banks and insurance companies, including Dresdner Bank AG and Allianz Lebensversicherungs AG.
