Dr. Nikhil Idnani is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Health Care practice.

He is a physician by training and has more than 15 years of professional experience in health care and consulting in North America, Asia, and the Middle East.

Nikhil specializes in strategy and growth, operating model and operational excellence, models of care and payment mechanisms, and large-scale transformations in health care systems, payors, and providers.

Prior to joining BCG, Nikhil was a Partner at Booz & Company in the Middle East, and before that, he worked at Novartis Pharmaceuticals in Mumbai and Simon-Kucher & Partners in Boston.
