Nils Klever is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice. He works with operators and suppliers on strategic challenges across the energy value chains, and has experience with oil, gas, wind, solar, and hydropower. Nils has extensive experience in strategy formulation, operational improvements, large-scale transformations, and organizational change. 

Prior to joining BCG, Nils worked in the energy sector for Accenture Strategy for seven years.
