Norbert Wünsche is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Corporate Finance & Strategy practice and the firm's Center for CFO Excellence. Since joining BCG in 2015, he has focused on transaction preparation (IPO/exit readiness, full potential planning), transaction execution (carve-out, PMI), finance transformation, financial planning, and capital allocation. He also has experience in driving the CFO agenda.

Norbert has led corporate strategy and finance engagements with global and European clients in sportswear, gas and utilities, freight forwarding, health care technology, automotive, energy, and more. Prior to joining BCG, he gained relevant work experience at the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs.
