His expertise includes next-generation business and tech collaboration models, data governance and data platforms, AI and GenAI strategies, and optimizing tech function efficiency and cost. Oliver has successfully led multiple projects to optimize the credit process for a diverse set of clients, ranging from mid-sized retail and SME banks to CRE players.

As the leader of BCG's technology and digital advantage in financial institutions business in Central Europe, Oliver has delivered numerous projects with German and international clients, creating significant value and business outcomes through digital technologies and innovative ways of working. In addition, he has supported multiple operational BCG teams as an expert.

Before joining BCG, Oliver worked at SAP Deutschland and at Accenture in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
