Parul Shah is an expert in upskilling and enterprise agility at Boston Consulting Group, and the product owner of BCG’s Digital + AI, and GenAI and Agile Accelerator, which help organizations build capabilities at scale. She is a core member the firm’s People & Organization practice, a member of the Enterprise Agility leadership team, and a member of BCG U's leadership team. BCG U is the firm's learning solution designed for high performance upskilling at scale to drive true business impact.

Parul has been with BCG for over a decade. Since rejoining in 2015, Parul has worked on a variety of enterprise agility, upskilling, leadership, talent, and organization design topics. She coached agile teams and related stakeholders, including senior executives, as part of standing up an enterprise agility transformation program for a US life insurance company, was the lead facilitator and designer for an agile leadership training for the largest conglomerate in Turkey, and was the instructor and designer for an agile foundations training for a global HR services firm.

Before joining BCG, Parul spent five years working in HR, leadership, and operations at Amazon.com.
