Peter Rosenfeld is an Executive Coach and Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group. He is also BCG's commercial director, responsible for negotiating large engagement contracts. For nearly 25 years, Peter worked for Chrysler and DaimlerChrysler in procurement and supply, corporate finance, and engineering. He also served on DaimlerChrysler's Executive Committee. 

Peter has coached and advised many senior leaders and leadership teams on negotiation, client/customer relations, and leading change. He has also worked with leaders on career path next steps and transitions.

An expert in operations, sales, and negotiations on both the buy- and sell-sides, Peter is a former EVP of Procurement, Supplier Quality and Logistics at DaimlerChrysler, where he was responsible for all the buy-side negotiations and strategies. As commercial director at BCG, he negotiates major rate cards and master services agreements, including client relationships and negotiations and long-term contract arrangements. He coaches BCG senior partners on contract negotiations.

Peter's board directorships include the Blight Authority, Covenant House Michigan, The Ruth Ellis Center, and the College for Creative Studies in Detroit.
