Pol-Hervé Floch joined Boston Consulting Group in 2016. He is a core member of BCG's Energy and Climate & Sustainability practices, and focuses on energy transition and energy company transformations.
Pol-Hervé has led many client engagements covering strategies for investing in low-carbon technologies, carbon impact assessment for investment funds, the role of natural gas and LNG in decarbonization pathways, and large-scale transformations for energy companies.
Prior to joining BCG, Pol-Hervé worked in strategy consulting for energy utilities, and in renewable power project development in Europe and Africa.
