Prakash Chandrasekar is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods, Energy, and Operations practices. He is committed to using advanced analytics and digital technologies to drive operational performance improvement for his clients.

Prakash works with chemicals, materials, and agribusiness companies across the value chain, and on their most critical issues related to strategy, operational performance improvement, and M&A. He has deep experience in designing and executing large-scale transformation programs that deliver rapid improvement in EBITDA and cash flow while building capabilities within his client’s organization to sustain results over time.

Earlier in his career, Prakash served as a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Nexeo Solutions (acquired by Univar), where he was a direct report to the president & CEO and led their business transformation program globally across the enterprise. Just prior to joining BCG in 2019, Prakash was a managing director at Accenture.
