Robert Stanikowski is a core member of the Financial Institutions, Insurance, and Technology Advantage practices at Boston Consulting Group. He leads BCG's Technology Advantage practice in Central and Eastern Europe.
Since joining BCG in 2007, Robert has focused his client work on the financial services and insurance sectors. He has acquired deep experience in corporate and retail banking.
He is driven to help leading organizations gain competitive advantage through the best use of technology and data and by efficient management of their IT areas.
Prior to joining BCG, Robert worked in various managerial positions for the brokerage division of Citigroup Poland.
