Rohan Kadakia is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. Since joining the firm in January 2016, he has worked in areas including strategy, organizational transformation, pricing, and sales effectiveness, with clients in the industrial goods, consumer, and medtech industries.
Rohan specializes on leading engagements on sales and pricing in B2B applications, and has especially deep experience in distribution, aftermarket, and OEM businesses. He focuses on implementing end-to-end pricing transformations as well as developing and deploying AI-enabled pricing systems for clients.
Before joining the firm, Rohan worked in private equity at Industrial Growth Partners, and in investment banking at Sagent Advisors.
