Romane Roch is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice with a focus on aerospace and automotive industries.

Romane leads engineering and product development transformations involving product architecture, engineering operating model design, and talent strategy. She has worked with numerous OEMs and aerospace and defense companies on function transformations, including digital and AI/GenAI-driven review of end-to-end processes.

In addition, Romane is a member of the “Talent Builder” team, BCG’s E2E platform supporting talent strategy from skill design and strategic workforce planning to sourcing strategy.
