Sabrina Kristic is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care practice. She is a member of the Central Europe Health Care leadership team and serves as leader of the firm's biopharma business.

Sabrina has almost exclusively served clients in the health care industry since starting at the firm in 2009. She advises clients in the pharma, consumer health, wholesale, and pharmacy industries.

Sabrina has deep expertise in go-to-market models, large-scale transformations, transactions, and buy- and sell-side due diligences – always with a strong focus on tangible value creation.
