Santiago Bugallo Stephenson is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice at Boston Consulting Group. Santiago worked at BCG from September 2011 to October 2014 before leaving to work for eight years at Mercado Libre as Hispanic FinTech Vice President. He rejoined the firm in 2022. Since then, he has worked with global and Latin American financial institutions clients, specifically in the payments industry.

In his client work, Santiago focuses on asset optimization strategy, market entry, PMI and go-to-market practices, strategic planning, operations, logistics, and IT practices.
