Simon Moore joined Boston Consulting Group in 2010. He is an expert in organizational design and operating models with a cross-industry focus on creating systems to identify and deliver value effectively and efficiently.

Simon is a leader in BCG’s Technology & Digital Advantage and People & Organization practices and leads BCGs Platform Operating Model and Enterprise Agility work in Asia Pacific. He helps organizations design and embed systems to identify value, and then deliver that value in an effective and efficient way through utilizing levers including structure and platforms; governance, prioritization and funding; leadership behaviors; culture; processes; people practices; measurement and metrics; and transformation support.

Simon works across all industries and geographies with the goal of finding the right solutions given the client context. He is an experienced entrepreneur, having founded and sold Australia's largest allied health services company, and has worked in line roles in large enterprises, including as General Manager of Group Strategy & Business Development for Australia's largest private health insurer.
