Simon is a leading expert on topics of strategic importance to resources industries, with a track record of successful delivery of operational, organizational, and commercial engagements.

He has worked across the resources value chain, and has experience setting up exploration teams, establishing and redesigning operational and functional organizations, prioritizing capital and technology investment, optimizing project delivery, driving operational performance, and transitioning assets at end-of-life.
