As an early adopter of globalization of services, he brings a practitioner’s and a buyer's perspective to helping global organizations drive the next generation talent model and ways of working.

Snehil is a member of the Sourcing Leadership Council, writes extensively for various publications, including Forbes Advisor, on financial literacy, talent models, etc. He works with the leadership of industry bodies such NASSCOM on cocreating an agenda that drives IP creation, centers of excellence, and automation.
