Tobias Söllner is a core member of the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice at Boston Consulting Group.
As part of BCG’s mergers and acquisitions team, Tobias supports corporate and private equity clients with a focus on transactions-related topics, including M&A, due diligence, divestitures, and business plan development. He has worked with clients in various industries over the years, in particular in manufacturing, automotive, transportation, and business services.
Since joining the firm in 2019, he has worked on a range of M&A-related topics, including vendor due diligence, buy-side due diligence, synergy assessment, clean team, carve-out, divestiture readiness and strategy projects.
