Stephanie Del Carpio is a core member of the Energy practice at Boston Consulting Group. She has experience across the energy industry, specializing in energy transition, digital and innovation, transformation and change management, cost reduction, refinery supply, and people and organization.

In her recent work with clients, Stephanie drove the execution of a cost and operating model transformation for an upstream oil and gas operator, and led a strategic transformation for a major UK gas and power utility. In addition, she helped define a framework for action on the just energy transition and drove the development and implementation of a digital strategy for an oil and gas supermajor as part of a six-month secondment.

Prior to joining BCG, Stephanie worked for BP in Australia where she held a variety of roles in the downstream business, most recently in supply operations, strategy, and planning.
