Stuart Westgate joined Boston Consulting Group in October 2021. He leads capital investment services engagements for the Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practice at the firm, and is a core member of the Public Sector practice. He has over 30 years of engineering, project, and executive management experience.

Stuart advises financial industry clients on capital investment frameworks, strategy and planning, asset management, project/portfolio/program management, and optimizing organization (SPV, operating model, development, and delivery execution models). In addition, he works with construction industry clients on business efficiency and performance, optimizing market strategy, operating model, and business modernization (including digital strategy, cost reduction, business development, and margin optimization).

Before coming to BCG, Stuart was a senior partner at The Nichols Group, executive director at High Speed 2 Ltd, Director of Major Project Advisory at KPMG LLP, Executive Director of The Nichols Group, Project Operations Manager for Altcatel, Electronics Design Team Leader for London Underground Ltd., and a technology officer for the UK Ministry of Defence.
