She specializes in complex program management, accelerating decision making, and operational excellence in a broad range of topics, including the energy transition, digital and AI, government services, and strategy.
Tessa also leads the diversity and inclusion effort for BCG in Amsterdam. She has particular expertise in the area of women retention and recruiting and inclusive leadership.
