Thais Esteves co-leads Boston Consulting Group's Climate & Sustainability and Social Impact practices for Latin America. She joined the firm in 2021 and has previously been a part of the CEO Ambassador and Social Impact Immersion programs.
Thais is passionate about social impact, particularly climate and sustainability and just transition topics. She has worked for clients in multiple industries, as well as with NGOs and the public sector. As part of the Social Impact Immersion program, she led several efforts for global conservation nonprofits; supported local efforts with NGOs focused on climate, sustainability, and education; and helped private sector clients on their ESG transition.
Before joining BCG, Thais worked for Arco Educação – an edtech unicorn from Brazil and cofounded SuperPetfoods during her MBA in Berkeley, CA. She also worked for Arapyau, an NGO focused on sustainability, specially forests and agriculture.
