Thibault Lassignardie is a member of the Technology Advantage, Financial Institutions, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications practices at Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining BCG in 2012, he has worked extensively with banks and other financial institutions on the transformation of their operational models. He works with clients on their specialized financing businesses (consumer finance, leasing, factoring) as well as on the implementation of major transformations taking place between large industrial companies and their financial institution partners—in France and across Europe. He also helps the control functions (risk and compliance) understand and implement changes in laws and regulations, particularly on ESG issues.
