Tim Jennison joined The Boston Consulting Group in March 2017. He is a core member of the Financial Institutions practice, focusing on productivity and overall strategy for global and capital markets, revenue growth programs for capital markets, efficient client businesses, market risk, and sales and trading strategy.

Prior to BCG, Tim worked in investment banking for over 20 years.  He spent 18 of them at Morgan Stanley, where he had various sales and trading leadership roles. Most recently, Tim was the global relationship manager for bank clients within the investment bank, focusing on transformative business and risk transfers. Prior to that, he was Morgan Stanley’s EMEA head of credit sales and bank solutions. Tim was a member of the firm’s Global Credit Operating Committee and its EMEA Fixed Income Management Committee. Tim has extensive sales and trading management, market risk, and investment banking experience

At BCG, Tim’s casework so far has centered around organization and optimization of regional and global banks’ capital markets setups, creating efficient client organizations for CIB clients and integrating new ways of working and cross-divisional cooperation into these organizations.

Tim serves on the board of advisors of the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) of Johns Hopkins University.
