Timm Lux is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods and Climate & Sustainability practices. He is an expert in circularity, non-ferrous metals, battery materials, and e-waste.

Timm joined the firm in July 2022 bringing 15 years of experience in non-ferrous metals and plant engineering. In his career, he has worked with clients from all regions defining strategies and technical solutions for recycling and virgin production of copper, nickel, precious metals, platinum group metals (PGMs), battery materials, e-waste, and related non-ferrous metals.

Before coming to BCG, Timm worked at SMS Group in Germany, PolyMet Solutions in Austria, and Andritz in Germany.
