Timm helps large energy clients across Europe set up for success in an energy transition and net-zero world. He focuses on downstream and infrastructure projects as well as commercial optimization along the value chain. He has led successful large-scale transactions and post-merger integrations across the full range of integrations, from large mergers of equals to serial startup integrations.

Timm is committed to helping client companies proactively transform in order to address the trends of decarbonization, digitization, and deglobalization and become stronger and ready for the future.
