Tristan Mallet is a core member of BCG X, Boston Consulting Group's tech build and design unit. He is dedicated to helping clients deliver AI-driven solutions for operations, particularly forecasting and E2E planning.

Tristan works mainly with consumer goods and industrial goods companies. He is the technical lead for Plan AI, BCG’s E2E planning transformation offer. Tristan is also the CTO of BCG's Supply Chain AI offering, leading the product development of this suite of AI-powered products.

Prior to joining BCG, Tristan worked for four years as a business developer for the world's leading environmental services company.
