Ugo Cotroneo leads the Financial Institutions practice, and is node for the Corporate Finance & Strategy practice for Boston Consulting Group in Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Israel.
Ugo has worked extensively with major European banks and insurance companies on strategy, organization, marketing and sales, operations, retail banking and payments, and digital transformations. Recently, he has been driving activities in digital innovation, fintech, and ecosystems.
Prior to joining BCG, Ugo worked at Nokia as Planning Manager.
