Vipin Gupta joined Boston Consulting Group in 2008. He is a core member of the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), Strategy, and Technology Advantage practices at the firm. Vipin formerly led BCG’s Strategy practice in India. Many of Vipin’s clients are in the telecommunications, media, IT services, and business process outsourcing industries. He has worked with these clients on functional topics including growth strategy, digital transformation, new business build, go-to-market, distribution, sales force effectiveness, and organization.

Vipin also has extensive experience guiding his large technology clients on turnaround and transformation and firm building projects. He has a proven track record in business development and managing C-suite executives and project teams (internal and external) to deliver results. 

Prior to joining BCG, Vipin worked at Samsung Electronics in the Telecom & Network division in India and South Korea.
