Yana Topalova joined Boston Consulting Group in New York in 2013 and transferred to the London office in 2016. She is a member of the Travel, Cities & Infrastructure (TCI) practice and a member of the Marketing, Sales & Pricing (MSP) practice. Yana serves as TCI’s people chair, as well as a career development advisor in the London office.

Yana has worked on projects in Europe, North America, and the Middle East. She has expertise in commercial, strategy, transformation, marketing, and digital topics, and has led multiple projects for clients in Europe and the Middle East. She has worked with a variety of clients (passenger and cargo airlines, airports, tourism) on joint ventures, large-scale transformation, digital capability development, cost transformation, and commercial transformation and redesign, among other things.

Before joining BCG, Yana worked as a Digital Analytics Manager at Mindshare, a WPP media agency.
