Yandi Mini is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Industrial Goods practice with a focus on metals and mining. He works with local and international mining businesses on strategy, operations, and people and organization topics. He also leverages his past industry and consulting experience to work with consumer goods clients. Within consumer goods, Yandi has worked on post-merger integrations, and social impact and pricing projects.

Before joining the firm in August 2021, Yandi was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company where he worked for over five years. Prior to consulting he worked at SABMiller in the Chairman’s Office for more than two years.
