At the 2017 “Make it Happen!”2017 Asia-Pacific Women conference, colleagues were inspired by leadership within and outside BCG and grew their network of mentors and friends.

At the 2017 North America conference, superpower awards were given out to honor women nominated by their peers for their everyday superpowers (like positivity, persistence, coaching, and more).
