Opportunities to Work Abroad

BCGは、あなたの個人目標やキャリア上の目標に沿って、様々なキャリア機会を提供します。

  • Cross-Office Projects. オフィス横断型のプロジェクト（通常6か月未満）に参加する機会があります。引っ越しをすることなく、海外での経験を積むことができます。
  • Global Ambassador Programs​.要件を満たし選抜された社員は、当社の3つのAmbassador Program（基本的には1年間の滞在型）のいずれかに参加できます。
  • Transfers.別の都市、国、あるいは地域に異動できます。他オフィスへの転勤は、通常1～2年ですが、そのまま転籍となる場合もあります。
  • Secondments. 選抜された社員は、通常1年程度、当社の民間セクターのクライアント、あるいは、​グローバルな社会貢献活動に従事する団体の下で働き、 BCG以外での経験を積むことができます。
  • Africa Talent Program.アフリカとの強いつながりもしくは関心を持つ、非常に優れた候補者には、BCG USまたはEuropeオフィスでの1〜2年間の勤務後、Africaオフィスへの所属機会が提供されます。
