The Retail Leadership Summit brings together all the stakeholders of the retail sector for a discussion on emerging trends in the retail sector. Over the years, this summit has become a platform where the biggest and brightest convene to exchange ideas, share business insights, and deliberate on all things retail on a macro-level.

Post-COVID, Indian retail saw a strong recovery, set to reach $2Tn in the next decade. However, growth in recent quarters has been slower owing to headwinds on spending and supply. Despite an optimistic industry outlook, retailers acknowledge the need for action. The BCG-RAI 2024 report "Unlocking the $2 Trillion Retail Opportunity in the next decade: An Activist Agenda" explores factors shaping retail and implores retailers to set an activist agenda for long-term value creation.

BCG’s leading subject matter experts & industry leaders will unite at the event to discuss the trends shaping the pace and shape of retail and the critical actions needed for creating long-term sustainable value and capturing the $2Tn opportunity.
