Lovich insists that achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the workforce takes more than just participating in a job fair, and that companies must commit to forging serious partnerships with these schools. “Talking a good DEI game and playing a good DEI game are two distinctly different activities,” she says.
