Maximizing the value of digital transformations has new urgency after the crisis. Our recent study shows that digitally mature companies proved the most resilient during the pandemic. After taking a big hit at the start of the crisis, their valuations grew, on average, to 23% above precrisis levels within six months. To be competitive and resilient in the future, companies need to learn how to translate their digital strategy into outcomes.
