The Inclusive Closed Loop model is an Indonesian-born concept that promotes an open, fair, and sustainable multi-stakeholder cooperation among the government, the private sector, and other stakeholders to empower MSMEs in a holistic way. In this publication, we reveal the role of these key stakeholders, and how to effectively deliver this model, and start the loop.
