Our Office Culture
At BCG in Dallas, we value community in our office, and to that end we host several social events and activities, such as bring-your-kids-to-work day, Halloween family party, family movie night, and our annual holiday party. We also sponsor a few BCG sports teams, as well as a half-marathon run and an annual flag football game against a rival consulting firm. We have an engagement team in the local office whose members are specifically dedicated to facilitating office events and helping our office maintain its tight-knit culture.
