Our purpose at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is to unlock the potential of those who advance the world. Much of our work focuses on high-profile projects that address significant public policy issues in Australia, ranging from policy and program development to organizational, operational, and IT projects. BCG's global Public Sector practice was established by our passionate and energetic team in Australia, whose deep insight and experience has been emulated around the world.
