History and the Area
BCG officially established its office in the center of Brussels in 1993. The office has grown rapidly and has fostered a dynamic environment at the heart of Europe that encourages individual responsibility, openness, and an entrepreneurial spirit. As the capital of the European Union, Brussels has become a vibrant international city, where many top Belgian and multinational companies have set up their headquarters.
Programs
BCG in Brussels offers internship programs to undergraduate and business school students from different disciplines and backgrounds. A BCG internship is a unique opportunity to get a true feeling for what it’s like to work at BCG—and to experience the life of a consultant.
We are also an active participant in mobility and international programs. We believe you grow from exposure to a broad array of business issues and from working with inspiring clients and diverse teams in different locations. Whether it’s through cross-office staffing for specific projects, extended stays in other offices around the world, or secondments to clients or nonprofit organizations, mobility can be an important and rewarding element of your career at BCG.
BCG offered me a place to develop myself, extending my personal boundaries while working on many of my passions. It's amazing how much I have grown over three years, both as a consultant and as a human.
