Our offices in London are conveniently located a stone’s throw from the vibrant Soho area and within the East London business district of Canary Wharf.

Work and Culture

The London office comprises many nationalities and cultures and represents a variety of academic and commercial backgrounds. We drive several local initiatives and pro-bono efforts designed to give back to community causes, and we are an active participant in BCG’s global social initiatives.

BCG promotes a culture of collaboration, teamwork, development—and lots of fun! Our office has a calendar full of bonding events organised by BCGers themselves, including various sports teams and competitions throughout the year.

BCG supports and encourages its staff to make big a impact in the world around them. In 2018 London Partner and Global Leader of BCG's Pride Network, Elliot Vaughn, founded GiveOut, an award-winning UK-based charity raising funds for LGBTQI human rights activism worldwide.
BCG's London Office Priceless Charity Challenge donations raised more that £80,000 in contributions to our three charity Partners, NSPCC, Cancer Research and Oxfam.
BCG's Summer Internship programme is an ideal way to learn about BCG, but also make new friends. London Associates, Belinda and Natasha met on the summer programme, bonded over a shared passion for charity work, accepted their offers from BCG and choose to start on the same date so they could go travelling together first!
